Q. Customer has made payment via CentimePay but invoice status is not updated in my general ledger.

Under ‘PAID INVOICES’ tab, invoices with no status change in General Ledger are displayed with an alert icon (!). 

Users can click on such invoices, either individually or in a group, and click on POST to manually update the status as paid in the General Ledger.
