Do the following steps in order to restart the centime agent
1. Log into machine where centime agent is installed with admin credentials
2. We need to close the centime agent process by going to the task manager and then ending the autofy.exe task.
3. Once the above step is done. Please try to open the centime agent by clicking the centime icon on your desktop and show the status as connected. This should restart the agent
