Signing up on Centime as an invited user - NetSuite

What is an invited user?

  • When an existing Centime user, with necessary permissions, invites another user to Centime, the user is treated as an invited user.
  • The existing user can define the role of the invited user on Centime by specifying solutions and permissions to the invited user profile.
  • The invited user's access to Centime and its solutions will be defined by their assigned permissions.

How to onboard as an invited user?

When invited, you will receive an invitation via email. 

NetSuite users can sign up using any of the following two methods:

i. Signing up with a NetSuite account:

  • If the user is logged in to their NetSuite account, they should be able to locate the installed Centime SuiteApp in their main NetSuite navigation bar as 'Centime'.
  • Click on 'Centime', 'Application', and 'Open' to access their Centime account.

ii. Signing up via a browser:

  • Click the sign-up link in the invitation email to continue signing up via a browser.
  • On the signup page, you can create a password. 
  • If you do not receive an email, try clicking on Forgot password. 

If you do not receive an email. Navigate to https://go.centime.com/ and click forgot password. 


Access Centime from NetSuite 

To access Centime from NetSuite, you must update your OIDC Settings to provide Centime access.

  • To modify, you must be a NetSuite Administrator.
  • Navigate Setup > Integration > NetSuite as OIDC Provider Setup.

  • Select "Centime Prod." 
  • You can either provide access to specific entities (users) or to specific roles.
