My customer claims they are not receiving email reminders

My customer claims they paid an invoice amount different from what I received or I didn't receive any payment at all

A supplier invoice has been paid but still shows outstanding in Centime

My supplier received a different amount from what I paid or didn't receive any payment at all

The invoice dates (creation, due, paid) do not match in my GL and in Centime
