Introduction:
In this release, Centime has introduced key features for a better user experience for the clients of its Manage Receivables and Manage Payables solutions.
Features in this release:
- Feature 1 - Users can now export data from the tables to a format of their choice in Manage Payables and Manage Receivables
- Feature 2 - Users can now ‘Plan’ their Receivables activities in Manage Receivables
- Feature 3 - Users will now be able to receive in-app notifications when they receive online payments
- Feature 4 - The tables in Receivables are now modified to allow users to apply filters and add columns
- Feature 5 - NetSuite users will have to input their mobile number to enable two-factor authentication for performing high-value Account-to-account transfers
Feature 1 - Users can now export data from the tables to a format of their choice in Manage Payables and Manage Receivables
Details:
- Users can now download the data shown in the tables in Manage Receivables and Manage Payables using the ‘EXPORT TABLE’ function at the bottom of the table.
- In Manage Receivables, users can download the data shown in tables under the Customer, Unpaid Invoices, and Paid Invoices tab using the ‘EXPORT TABLE’ action at the bottom of the table.
- In Manage Payables, users can download the data shown in the tables under the ‘Unpaid invoices’ and ‘Paid invoices’ tabs using the “EXPORT TABLE’ action at the bottom of the table.
- When users click on the export table action, users can choose the format of the download between Excel and CSV and can choose to download the current data selection or the entire data available in the table.
Permissions required to access this feature:
Users must have access to the Manage Receivables and Manage Payables solutions to access this feature in the solution respectively.
Feature 2 - Users can now ‘Plan’ their Receivables activities in Manage Receivables
Details:
- In Manage Receivables, users can now modify the expected date or the status of their unpaid invoices using the new ‘Plan’ action.
- This action is available under the ‘Unpaid invoices’ tab.
- When users click on the ‘Plan’ action, users can edit the expected date and the status of the invoice and select confirm to save the changes.
- All changes made to the invoice are recorded in the Invoice history.
Permissions required to access this feature:
Feature 3 - Users will now be able to receive in-app notifications when they receive online payments
Details:
- Users of Manage Receivables with necessary permissions will now receive in-app notifications when their customer makes an online payment successfully.
- When the customer makes a payment on the Customer Portal using either ACH or Credit Card or using pay-by-links, the Centime user will receive the update via the notification icon.
- Users can click on the notification icon for more details on the invoice payment received. Users can click on the ‘Review’ action in the notification side panel to view more details on the invoices.

Feature 4 - The tables in Receivables are now modified to allow users to apply filters and add columns
Details:
- Users can now customize the tables in all the tabs of the Manage Receivables solution to adjust column widths, add new columns, and save the custom view.
- Users can click on the three-dot option at the end of every header title to access the table options to customize the table.
- Users can also drag and adjust the column width as they desire.
Permissions required to access this feature:
Users with access to the Manage Receivables solution can access this feature.
Feature 5 - NetSuite users will have to input their mobile number to enable two-factor authentication for performing high-value Account-to-account transfers
Details:
- Users accessing Centime via the NetSuite Centime SuiteApp will now be prompted for a verification code to confirm their Account to account transfer when the amount is above $1000.
- If the mobile number is unavailable the user will be prompted to input the number to receive the verification code.
- Users who have not yet added their mobile number will be required to add in the mobile number for a two-factor verification when they login to Centime.
