Introduction:
In this release, Centime has introduced 'Task Manager' which empowers users to create and assign tasks to their team promoting team collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

Feature 1 - Create, view, and assign tasks to your team with the Task Manager
Details:
a. Users can now create tasks with the new Task Manager to assign Payables or receivables-related tasks to their team
b. Users can access the task manager from the notification icon in the header bar which is accessible from anywhere in the application
c. Users can create task templates custom to their business needs to create tasks quickly
d. Users can assign tasks to their team members with permission to access the corresponding solution.
e. Users can view tasks that they created or tasks that have been assigned to them. They can also mark these tasks as complete or delete these tasks.
f. Once a task is marked as complete, it is moved to the Archive tab. Users can view all the completed tasks from the Archive tab.

Feature 2 - Deleting invoice fields marked as mandatory from the General Ledger in Manage Payables
Details:
a. Invoice fields that are marked as mandatory in the General Ledger, are marked as mandatory in Centime as well.
b.Payables users can now delete these fields if they're not used by their business.
c. When mandatory fields are deleted from the Invoice fields settings, users are no longer required to input details in these fields while capturing invoice details.
Users cannot delete invoice number, GL account or product/item code fields. Click here for more on invoice fields capture.

Feature 3 - On-demand accrual reporting for Centime users
Details:
a. Centime clients that employ accrual-based accounting can now request for an accrual report on demand from their Customer Success Manager.
b. The generated report covers crucial details—Supplier, Invoice Number, Date, Memo, Line Description, Item Code, General Ledger Account, Line Amount, Department, Location, Class, and Invoice Status.
c. The users will receive the report in the .xls format.
d. Exclusions:
- Invoices with the status 'Posting in progress' are not included in the report
- Invoices posted on or before the period closure date are not included in the report
