With this release, Centime has introduced new functionality that allows users to select their operational bank accounts and exclude transactions from other bank accounts in their forecast, giving greater control and accuracy in financial planning.

Solution : Cash Flow Forecast
Details:
Users can identify accounts under operational bank accounts to distinguish transactions from these accounts.
i. Users can mark their banking accounts as Operational bank accounts in the Cash Flow Settings under the Forecast settings menu.
Cash flows associated with the selected accounts will be included in the forecast and the transactions from the excluded accounts will not be included in the forecast. Be default, transactions from all accounts are considered while generating a forecast. When this selection is modified and accounts are deselected, the forecast is triggered based on transactions from the selected accounts.
ii. Everytime the user modifies the selection under the Operational bank accounts, the forecast regeneration is triggered with transactions originating from the selected bank accounts only.
ii. Users can view their forecast according to Operating accounts or all accounts from the drop-down menu.
Permissions needed to access this feature:
In the Monitor Cash and Forecast Cash Flows user settings, user should have the following permissions:
- View the cash flow forecast
- Manage the cash flow forecast, update predictions and create scenarios, group cash flows
