In Manage Payables,

AR Aging Graph:


AR aging graph allows user to view their due invoices segregated in a 30-day interval bracket.



Users can click on any of the brackets in the graph to view the corresponding invoices.


Cash Impact bars:


The cash impact bars graph enables the users to view the impact of their receivables action on their closing balance and cash flow.



The elements in the graphs are the cash outflows (additional permissions needed) and the cash inflows and the trend line represents the closing balance.


Users can view the impact on their closing balance when the expected date of an invoice is modified.


Cash impact waterfall graph:


The cash impact waterfall graph enables the users to view the impact of their receivables action on their closing balance and cash flow centered around the closing balance.


The elements in the graphs are the cash outflows (additional permissions needed) and the cash inflows and the trend line represents the closing balance.


Users can view the impact on their closing balance when the expected date of an invoice is modified.
