Access the Supplier Profile

To access the Supplier Profile, the user can click on the Supplier name from any tab in Manage Payables.


Supplier Profile Tabs

The Supplier Profile contains four key areas where you can modify Supplier information. 

  1. Profile
  2. Payments
  3. History
  4. Notes


Some of these settings are unique to only the Supplier profile, but a few are global settings set in Payables settings that you can modify for specific suppliers on this profile. 


Profile

Profile tab is where you can modify the address and contact information for the supplier. 


Primary contact section is where you can list your primary AP contact at the organization. The email(s) entered here will be the ones to receive AP correspondence (e.g. remittance information, scheduled payment notifications etc). 


Document capture setting allows you to determine the type of invoice capture you desire for your supplier - Aggregate or Line-level. Toggling on the aggregate setting will make it so that invoices captured for this supplier are always captured as one expense line. 


Supplier email communications allow you to determine if you want this supplier to receive notification emails when the payment is scheduled or a remittance once the payment is sent. These are also global settings found in the Supplier communications global settings. You can also see if the supplier has been enrolled as a CentimeCard-accepting supplier. 



Payments


The payments section of the Supplier settings allows the user to:

  • View the payment terms (syncs from accounting system) 
  • View the currency the supplier uses (syncs from accounting system)
  • Select and configure a default payment method 



History


Under the History section, users can view a full audit trail of the actions taken on all the invoices from the Supplier and any modifications made to the Supplier Profile and by whom. 



Notes


Users can add and view notes added for the Supplier by the AP team. These also appear in the History tab.
