Intro to the Customer portal

The Invite to portal feature allows you to send portal invitations to your customers, granting them access to a secure, online platform where they can view both unpaid and paid invoices. This feature aims to provide transparency and convenience, consolidating all invoice-related information in one accessible location.


Whether or not you have activated CentimePay you can use the Customer portal. The Customer portal provides your customers with a complete view of outstanding and paid invoices. 


Create the template 

  • Manage email template for the customer portal invitation in General Settings -> Default email templates -> Customer portal invitation


Invite customers 

  • Invitations: Invitations will be sent directly to all contacts of a customer with roles associated marked as communication contacts. This ensures that the right individuals within the customer's organization are notified and given access.
