Release 2.52 has a number of enhancements that improve Centime's usability.

PO Matching Enhancements

Module: Accounts Payables >> Area: Invoice automation >> Deliverable: PO Matching Enhancements

Use case: Centime’s PO matching solution automatically links invoice lines with lines on the PO. This automatically occurs when the user clicks on the Line Linking tab. If a user makes subsequent changes to the invoice capture on the Summary tab, they may want to re-run Centime’s line linking logic.
Summary of update: Ability to manually trigger Centime to rerun line linking logic and reevaluate line mismatches for a PO-Invoice.

Use case: Ability to share supplier portal with users outside of Centime’s automated email.
Summary of update: Supplier portal URL is now visible from the Supplier profile.

Use cases:
- Receivables: As the Collector, I occasionally have to make payments on behalf of my customers from the Customer Portal.
- Payables: Prerequisite for Expenses, company employees will be able to upload their payment details from the Supplier portal.
Summary of update: When added as a contact to the Supplier or Customer profile, users will be able to access the portal.

Module: Accounts Receivable >> Product theme: Management >> Deliverable: View all customers

Use case: As a collector I want to review all customers and take action on them in Centime. Previously only customers with an open invoice (or an invoice paid in the last 90 days) were visible on the customers tab.
Summary of update: Ability to search for all customers on the Customers tab in Receivables.
