With this new release, Centime Users can now drill down on their cash flow forecast graphs for further analysis and also identify Suppliers with a likelihood of accepting credit card payments.
New features
Feature # 1
Module - Cash Flow Forecast
Feature details:
Users can now drill down on all the graphs in Cash Flow Forecast to view corresponding transactions.
- Permissioned users can now drill down by clicking on the graph bars in the Cash Flow Waterfall and Cash Flow bar view of their forecast.
- The drill-down panel shows a table with transaction details corresponding to the particular bar. Users can see the following:
Payment date
Payee/Payer
Cash Flow type
Cash in/cash out
Group
Payment amount
This drill down is available only for forecasted transactions.
- For every transaction shown in the drill-down panel, the User can identify the GL account associated with it and if it's a predicted or manual transaction.
User permissions required to access the feature:
View aggregate account balances and drill into transactions
View the cash flow forecast
Manage the cash flow forecast, update predictions and create scenarios
Feature # 2
Module - Manage Payables
Feature details:
Users can now filter their Suppliers by their likelihood of accepting credit card payments.
- Users can now filter Suppliers under 'SUPPLIERS' tab in Manage Payables according to their Credit card acceptance.
- Users can filter between “Suppliers that are likely to accept credit card payments” and “Suppliers that have not been found in the credit card acceptance database”.
- Users can choose to request the filtered Suppliers to accept credit card payments by clicking on ENROLL. If the Supplier accepts the request, the User can start paying the Supplier invoice with a credit card.
User permission required to access the feature:
Manage Supplier enrolment, payment preferences, and view history.
