With this new release, Centime aims to provide a true-to-app experience to its Sandbox users with added functionality designed to replicate the invoice payment scheduling in Manage Payables and sending reminder emails in Manage Receivables.
New features
Feature 1
Where : Centime Sandbox
Feature details:
Refresh Centime Sandbox - Users can now refresh the Centime sandbox to get the latest version of the sandbox as well as to change the reference date for all the transactions to the present date.
i. For new users of Centime sandbox, refreshing the sandbox ensures that the Sandbox is updated to the latest version.
ii. For returning users of Centime sandbox, clicking on the ‘Refresh’ button ensures that the date for all the transactions and forecasts is changed to the date of the refresh to maintain relevance.
iii. Users can refresh the sandbox by clicking on the ‘Refresh’ button in the ‘Company information page from the ‘Settings’ menu.
iv. Refreshing sandbox reverts all modifications done by the user to their original state. This includes changes in payment dates, payment amounts, payment methods, etc.

Feature 2
Where : Manage Payables in Centime Sandbox
Feature details:
Users can schedule, approve, reject or recall an invoice payment and modify the payment amount, payment date, and the payment method for the scheduled payment.
i. Users of the Manage Payables sandbox can now schedule a payment for an invoice and modify its payment amount, payment date, and payment method (credit card, ACH, Check).
ii. After scheduling the invoice payment, the user can track the status and perform actions like approve, reject or recall.
ii. Scheduling a payment - The user can schedule an invoice payment for the same day or for a date in the future.
When the invoice payment for the same day is approved, the invoice will be moved to the ‘Paid invoices’ tab.
When the invoice payment for the future date is scheduled and approved, the invoice will be under the ‘Unpaid invoices’ tab with the status ‘Scheduled’. Centime will move this invoice to the ‘Paid invoices’ tab on the payment date.
iv. Similarly, scheduled invoice payments can be rejected or recalled. Once payment is recalled, the invoice will be moved to the ‘Unpaid invoices’ tab with the status as ‘Ready to pay’.
v. The impact of scheduling or rejecting a payment on cash flow will be reflected immediately in the cash flow graph in the Manage Payables dashboard.
User permission needed to access the feature:
All users who can access Centime Sandbox are able to access these features in Manage Payables in the sandbox.
Feature 3
Where : Manage Receivables in Centime Sandbox
Feature details:
Users can now send a reminder email, see the payment link in the reminder email and view the payment portal through the payment link in the Manage receivables sandbox.
i. Users can now send reminder emails on one or multiple invoices from the ‘Unpaid invoices’ tab in Manage Receivables.
ii. Users will have to add an email under the customer’s primary contact. This email can be the user’s own email to receive and view the reminder emails.
iii. CentimePay payment links will be generated and included in all reminder emails.
iv. The payment link will redirect the user to an image of a payment portal (as shown below) designed to replicate the experience of their customers when they make the payment on the portal via credit card or ACH.

Feature 4
Enhancement to Centime SuiteApp for NetSuite
Enhancement details:
Change in the menu for the Centime SuiteApp for easy and quick access to the application
i. For new users - New users can now connect their business entity from Centime SuiteApp by clicking on ‘Connect’ from the ‘Application’ menu under ‘Centime’ in the header bar.
ii. For existing users, to quickly access the Centime application, Users can click on ‘Open’ from the ‘Application’ menu under ‘Centime’ in the header bar.
Feature 5
Module : Manage Payables
Feature details:
Users can now view and apply their non-USD credits while scheduling non-USD payments for an invoice
i. For a non-USD invoice payment, if credits are available in the transaction currency, Users will now be able to view and apply the credits while scheduling the payment.
ii. The payment amount for the invoice is updated according to the number of credits applied.
iii. When the payment for the invoice is posted in General Ledger, the applied credits are posted in the transaction currency.

Under the Manage Payables settings, the following permission/s are needed to access the feature:
Schedule payments and manage the AP workflow (recall, mark paid, post)
Feature 6
Module : Cash Flow Forecast
Feature details:
Users can now view the forecast for the next 26 weeks as default when drilling down on a single cash flow source in the Cash Flow Forecast module
i. In the Cash flow forecast module, under the Cash Flow table, Cash inflow and Cash outflow views, when the User drills down on any single cash flow source, the forecast for the selected cash flow source will be shown for the upcoming 26 weeks irrespective of the selected duration of the forecast view.
ii. This is only applicable when a single cash flow source is selected.

Under the Monitor cash and forecast cash flow permission settings, the following permission is needed to access this feature:

Feature 7
Module : Cash Flow Forecast
Feature details:
User can now assign accounts for corresponding payroll transactions and get a segregated view of payroll outflows in Cash Flow Forecast
i. Under the Cashflow settings in the Forecast page of the Settings menu, the user can assign all general ledger accounts associated with payroll transactions.
ii. After payroll accounts are identified all transactions corresponding to these accounts are segregated under the ‘Payroll’ category in the ‘Cash outflow’ and ‘Cash flow table’ view of the Cash Flow Forecast.
iii. In these views, all predictions derived from the transactions associated with the payroll accounts are segregated under the Payroll category in the Cash flow forecast module.

Fixes for R2.9:
In Cash Flow Forecast, users can now view up to 25 transaction records on the same page.
When the target cash and low cash indicator are identified in the Cash Flow Forecast module, the same values are reflected in the cash impact graphs in the Manage Receivables and Manage Payables module.
In Manage Receivables, when CentimePay is activated for a client and the Receivables settings ‘Include payment link in reminders and statements’ is switched to ‘Yes’, Centime will include a payment link in every ad hoc reminder email sent to a customer.
